By using MyTalentFlow you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you agree on its behalf.
MyTalentFlow provides recruitment, HR and payroll tools, including optional Google Calendar integration for scheduling.
You are responsible for your account, keeping credentials secure, and for the accuracy and lawfulness of data you enter (including obtaining any consents required from candidates and employees under POPIA).
No unlawful, infringing, or abusive use; no attempts to breach security or access data you are not authorised to see.
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and provide the service. We handle personal information per our Privacy Policy.
Features like Google Calendar rely on third parties and are subject to their terms; we are not responsible for their availability.
Subscription fees are as agreed in your selected plan (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise) at the time of sign-up. Fees are billed monthly in ZAR. You may cancel at any time; no refund is issued for the current billing period.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Either party may terminate as described in your plan; we may suspend for breach.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction.
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
